Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
Customers have the right to submit a return request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Products
According to our return policy, we accept returns of products in the following condition:
the product is unused and in its original condition
the product is new or has only minor signs of use
The product should, where possible, be returned in its original packaging together with all included accessories and components.
3. Return Request Procedure
Before sending back a product, the customer must submit a return request by email.

After the request is reviewed, the customer will receive return approval and return instructions.
Packages sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
in the case of product defects, damage, or incorrect shipment – the return shipping cost will be covered by our company
in the case of returns for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as personal preference or unsuitable size – the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer

5. Return Address
Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer service team after the return request has been authorized.
Please do not send any products back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
6. Inspection of Returned Products
After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of our return policy.
Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund process will begin.
7. Refund Method
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
If the original payment method is not available, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative refund method.
8. Refund Processing Time
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 8 business days.
9. Refund Scope
The refund amount depends on the reason for the return:
in the case of product defects, damage, or incorrect shipment – the refund includes the product price and the original shipping cost
in the case of returns for reasons unrelated to product quality – the refund includes only the product price, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable
10. Refund Currency
Refunds are generally issued in the same currency used for the original transaction. For orders paid in EUR, the refund will normally be processed in EUR through the original payment method.
11. Return Area
This return and refund policy applies to orders delivered within Europe.
